Requirements:

  • Effective listening and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
  • Working knowledge of inventory management ideology
  • Effective planning, organizing and attention to detail skills
  • Proven customer focus, selling and promoting skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Proven adaptability in a changing work environment
  • Basic use skills on electro-mechanical and hand-tools
  • Proven initiative and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to operate electronic test equipment
  • Must successfully pass random drug testing
  • Good driving record (12 months violation free, no history of DUI)
  • Able to successfully pass FBI criminal background screening
  • Able to qualify for company issued credit card (requires good personal credit)
  • Able to successfully work in a health care provider environment
  • Able to submit to regular random drug testing (required)
  • Able to lift 75 pounds
  • Able to travel within the contiguous 48 states via commercial aircraft
  • Able to travel internationally for training
  • Valid Passport is required for employment

Education:

Minimum - Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field, Preferred BA/BS (4 year) Degree in engineering, information technology or related field.

Position Description:

The responsibility of this position is to provide field service support to our clients. Primary duties include: performing preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of contrast injector systems. Additional duties include: promoting Service Department Programs and providing telephone technical support and product information to our customers and distributors, assisting Sales and Applications staff with demo equipment installation and in-service support, processing work order documentation and maintaining inventory control of assigned tools, parts and equipment. This position is travel intensive and requires a five year employment commitment.
