VIVID IMAGING's Coil Exchange Program (C.E.P.) is exclusive to dealers and multi-vendors. It affords businesses of all sizes the ability to enter the lucrative Coil Exchange market by drastically reducing the upfront cost of repair, warranty, storage, advertising and logistic services associated with coil exchange. Through VIVID's C.E.P., participants are afforded the business tools for success.

What is CEP?

CEP is a strategic resource to dealers seeking an ongoing revenue stream for their surplus MRI Coils.

Who Can Use C.E.P?

CEP is a membership program designed exclusively for pre-owned diagnostic imaging equipment dealers.

Can anyone become a Member?

No. Membership is restricted to pre-owned diagnostic imaging dealers. Only a select number of memberships are permitted to ensure an optimal coil inventory.

How Does C.E.P Work?

Members submit their surplus coils into CEP. If accepted, the coil is placed into VIVID's Coil Exchange inventory. The coil is then offered for sale to our clients as an exchange coil. When sold, the member receives a payment for the coil. The broken (exchanged) coil is then returned VIVID where it is repaired (at VIVID cost) and placed back into VIVID's inventory. The repaired coil becomes the property of the member and is then placed back into CEP for sale again.

Why Use CEP?

VIVID IMAGING is the largest independent service company for contrast injectors and MRI coils. Our Field Service teams support the top diagnostic imaging and injector manufacturing companies in the world thus, giving VIVID access to more the 10,000 end-user sites.

Is there a fee to join CEP?

There is NO fee to join CEP. However, membership is limited to a select number of dealers. This ensures our member's coils receive the highest priority and inventory remains at an optimal level.
